Wives Of Northern Governors Demand Release Of Abducted Female Students

Releasing a statement after an emergency meeting in Makurdi, they condemned the action, describing the victims as “harmless students and future mothers” whose lives should not be traumatized, but protected and safeguarded by all.
They also lamented the Monday morning bombing at Nyanya motor park, consoling families of victims and praying for the quick recovery of the injured. They urged politicians to refrain from politicizing the security challenge facing the country.
“We appreciate the efforts of the federal government in containing the security threats in the country, but it should seek help from other countries to end the problem of insurgency in the Nigeria”, read a part of the statement, signed by Chairperson of the forum and wife of Benue State Governor, Mrs. Yemisi Suswam.
“The Nigeria Immigration Service should also step up efforts to check the influx of illegal foreigners and dangerous materials into country, in a bid to end the threat to security and peace in the country”.
They further canvassed the creation of jobs to complement various youth empowerment schemes, saying these would help to develop the capacity of Nigerian youths and render them unavailable for sponsors of violence and other criminal activities.

Someone pointed out an important fact here that people from Benue
Plateau no longer want to be called Northerners. This is one of the
problems their leaders like Gowon, Danjuma, Useni created for them.
They know how to use other people to achieve their satanic ends. When
they see the opportunity to exploit the South they claim to be one North
one destiny. But when it is time to pay the price of partnership with
Hausa Fulani they no longer want to be seen as northerners. This is the
reason the core North hates them. Very treacherous people, look at
Abba Moron, & Aondoakaa, don't you see how dubious they are? Their
elites are the chief architects of all the illegal coups in 9ja, yet
when the result comes they hide under Fulani protection. Yes, blow hot
& cold. This time around, they can't hide again, BH boys will
decimate them. Mutane arna.

Posts and comments abusing Islam and the Prophet of God

Some readers are misinformed or completely ignorant of the
religion of Islam. No sane muslim will ever abuse Jesus Christ or any
Prophet cos we believe and respect them as Prophets of God almighty.
It really pains us when in the name of freedom of expression, some ignorant people malign our religion and the name and person of the holy Prophet of God, Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him)
The issue of Boko Haram has nothing to do with muslims or the religion of Islam. It was created to cause confusion in order to destroy our religion. No sane muslim will kill, abduct ,rape or destroy property in the name of spreading Islam. God says in the Holy Quran that there is no compulsion in religion. So, for some faceless criminals to perpetrate evil under the cover of Islam is something else. Govt and the security institutions need to find out and deal decisively with the menace.
I advise that you should pls stop nasty posts and comments abusing our Religion and the Prophet of God.

Their husbands called for sharia, and Boko Haram is fighting for
sharia-friendly country. So let their husbands go get the children
kidnapped by Boko Haram. But can that woman in picture be from the
north? If yes why was she not wearing Hijab or Bukar? Or do u mean she
is from Benue or Plateau state? But people from these two states no
longer like to be called northerners.
On a more serious note: are these women just waking up from slumber all the time Boko Haram were bombing churches and buses killing innocent people? Do they know that close to 5 million southerners were expelled from north by Boko Haram, and that a lot of them have since been dying of hunger as refugees in many locations in the south?

I thought Arewa First Ladies would do something tangible towards
releasing the abducted girls. They should take advantage of the First
Ladies of their ex-heads of state. All that Hajiya Turai or Hajiya
Buhari need to do is to pick up their phone and summon the head of Boko
Haram in Hausa saying "Yanzu, zo mana dai dai". On arrival Fati
Abubakar Abdulsalami would hand the top Boko Haram leader a
Ghana-must-go bag filled freshly minted currency notes dug out from
their backyard. Whether the top Boko Haram rep takes the money and
release the girls or uses the money to feed them well, mungode Allah.
Thanking the govt or threatening Boko Haram will not help the girls in
any way. What do you think?

How does the kidnap of 170 secondary school students in Borno
state fit into Boko Haram's mentally confused and barbarous violence for
an Islamic state? Truth is there's no connection - unless Boko Haram
has become no more than a sexual Jihad.
So far we know that Boko Haram is an organised murder machine. We know that a murder organisation can do anything - including rape and arson. We know that Boko Haram is partly drugs-inspired, according to Nigeria's military intelligence. And we know that Boko Haram militias lack sobriety and human feelings.
Because anyone who lacks human feelings is a beast, any means by which these mad Muslims can be summarily killed by the Nigerian Army must be fully supported by the general public without regard to human rights which are obviously in-applicable to Boko Haram as a genocidal Islamic murder machine of beasts.
